Cypress Lakes Country Club owners are pleased to announce an agreement has been reached with DiCarlo’s Food & Spirits LLC. To begin servicing our restaurant, bar, and pool areas. The DiCarlo family, Perry, Donna, Dominique, & Christian, currently own The Fatty Shack on River Road in Luling where Christian began his professional cooking career as a young entrepreneur. He graduated from The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Houston with culinary and baking/pastry degrees.   He has been operating The Fatty Shack since January 2014.  He enjoys feeding people with his many Southern home cooked meals and he hopes to bring that flair to Cypress Lakes.  He has been seen on WWL Channel 4 morning show kitchen guest, WGNO Food Show, and he was chosen as one of the 10 upcoming chefs by Acadiana Magazine.

The ballroom will continue to be open for booking through 2018. Members, nonmembers, and area businesses are encouraged to utilize the ballroom, dining room, and Villere room for birthday parties, bridal showers, wedding showers, wedding rehearsals, anniversaries, small weddings, graduation parties, business and school awards banquets and other services that may be needed.
